Hoffnung, a cartoonist, tubist, impresario, broadcaster and public speaker was aged just 33 at the time of this performance. Unfortunately he died of a brain haemorrhage the following year.

Back by popular demand, here is the full version of the Comedy Health and Safety Video starring the Scottish comedian Phil Kay. This is a REAL H&S video that was made for a company in Scotland. In the short version, he mention that he sat through the H&S induction at the company before he proposed making this video and was shocked to find it one of the most boring things he had ever been forced to suffer through! he vowed to make the induction more fun and this was the result.
